Sausage, Spinach & Goat Cheese Stuffed Shells with Roasted Tomato Marinara
Antipasto Salad with basil, grape tomatoes, olives, mozzarella & prosciutto
Vegetarian Option: Mushroom, Spinach & Goat Cheese Shells, vegetarian salad
Kids' Meal: Small (un-stuffed) Shells with Sausage Marinara ($5)
GYTTW: Cincinnati Chili, Baby! (vegetarian w/Boca) ($20)
Dessert: Salty, Sticky Finger-licking Rice Crispy Treats (salted, with brown butter & mini M&Ms) ($5)
So, the Stuffed Shells are really delicious - little pillows of sausage & cheese floating around in fresh, homemade marinara sauce - very homey and wholesome. I made a huge test pan the other night, and there was maybe one little guy left in the pan at the end of dinner - that's rare around these parts.
As you know, I love a great salad, so I'm excited about this Antipasto Salad - lots of fresh vegetables, cheese, a little prosciutto for flavor, and a homemade pesto dressing. You may want to eat this all by yourself!
For dessert, we're taking the classic rice crispy treat up a notch - without in any way implying disrespect to the original! Fresh rice crispy treats are so, so good - I always die a little inside when I buy a stale one somewhere that is a little over the hill - a terrible disappointment. These are fresh, a little salty, made with brown butter and mixed up with mini M&Ms. Bonus: you don't have to deal with the sticky pot after you eat it!
Our Get You Through the Week Meal this week is another family favorite - Cincinnati Chili. Luckily for everyone, we do not have to go to Cincinnati to enjoy it! We'll include a box of spaghetti noodles so you can enjoy it in the traditional style, and you can add your own cheese and onions if you're feeling really wild. Serve with spinach salad and a cold beers (or root beers, as the case may be), and we're willing to bet you'll have a very happy family! And if you have any leftovers, I'm thinking Chili Cheese Dogs.

We are so excited to be back, and appreciate so much your support & loyalty! We are in the process of expanding to be able to make even more dinners, so hopefully soon we won't have to limit the orders (but we're not quite there yet, so get your order in fast if you want dinner this week!).
