So, I decided that there are probably as many different ways you could celebrate Valentine's Day as there are different varieties of Spongebob temporary tattoo valentines to choose from at Target (where I still have not been yet in 2012, but I'm basing this hypothesis on past experience). But regardless of whether you celebrate Valentine's Day with jewelry, flowers and chocolates, messy arts and crafts projects with the kids, or in sweats watching a great movie on the couch with a friend, you should for sure enjoy a good dinner, light a candle and pour yourself a glass of wine - that's a Valentine you give yourself!
Because of all of this Valentine's angst, we decided to offer something for everyone. We have a fancy dinner that you will "cook" (sticking it in the oven is technically cooking!) for someone special, a fun dinner that your kids (and everyone in the family, too) will love, and then a great salad combo dinner that is yummy and can be enjoyed for a light Valentine's dinner or for lunches and dinners later in the week (you know, if you already have a hot date lined up for V-Day).
All of our offerings will be available for pre-order, but you will need to pick them up from us on Tuesday between 12-6 pm at Sociale Gourmet on Knollwood.
We'll also be having a big freezer sale that day, and starting at 2 pm we'll have champagne, Valentine's cookies & other goodies, so it will be a fun time!
As far as the freezer sale goes, we'll have lots to choose from, including:
King Ranch Casseroles (a DOTP Texas favorite! Read more about them here.)
